Minimum general description

1. Four (4) hours (there is an extra hour in case of a religious service or civil ceremony).
2. One (1) meeting prior the event with the customer and one (1) partner (for 1 hours in the GAM to view event details or at our offices, at your own decision).
3. Direction (speaking) of the ceremony and reception activities (or business event if applicable)
4. Guest guidance for buffet
5. Extra hour:  100 USD (if outside Central Valley, regular rate is increased in $500~$1000 aprox., depending on the location; extra hour is $25+, if  bilingual master of ceremonies rate is required, then $500+).

1. Victorian armchair lined jacquard in shades of ivory and whites.  Measure:  4'.7" wide (1.4 m).
2. The deluxe prie-dieu are separated and were made using the same materials as the armchair.
3. Both have been softly padded for the comfort of the bride and groom during the ceremony.
4. The deposit fee vary in this item due to several factors.  For example:  if you hire this with other services and our staff have to stay during the event (Master of Ceremonies, Wedding Planner or similar), we will take care of the objects), otherwise, the deposit will be around 350 USD because they are valued in more than 1000 USD.  If you hire this service and you provide the transportation, the deposit have to be paid upon arrival to our offices and will reimbursed once they are delivered back if they are in the same conditions before departure (a signed voucher must be checked for warranty purposes).

1. As we know that sometimes it is not comfortable to answer the phone during several days to receive confirmation of your guests to the event, we have designed a web system for on-line attendance, operated 24x7x365.
2. In the web system, you can post:
   1. A copy of the invitation to the event.
   2. Map for directions.
   3. Any other details you may have forgotten to add to the original invitation (like dress code, no childrens allowed, wedding list...)
   4. The request to receive the full name (first and last name) of your guests, so you can make a flip chart or list at the time of admission to the event.
3. Knowing who will or participate or not (useful when you have more than 50 people as it will help you to control your expenditure projections - or invite someone else in case you have more cancellations than expected).
4. You will receive a weekly e-mail from cut from us showing who have confirmed to your event (if none confirmed during a week, no e-mail will be sent to you).

1. Our tablecloth is made of fine fabrics, imported overseas to give you the best designs not available in the local market.
2. We have:
   1. Tablecloth and over tablecloth for rounded, squared and rectangle tables.
   2. Cover chairs with ribbon in a wide variety of colors.
   3. Bride and groom fine ribbons to cover the entire chair (stole).
   4. Dressing hand-made creation for your event (for the flowers girl, companion ladies like best girl and more).

1. Average duration: 1 hour and 30 minutes.  We will show you a combination of flowers, fabrics, music, location pictures and more.
2. Please be on time, otherwise the appointment will be rescheduled and the fee has to be paid again.  There are no refunds for the counseling services BUT you can apply the amount charged to any of our services if you decide to contract one of them.
3. An invoice will be given for the service -as usual for any service given-.

1. This is the traditional signing book alternative, an extra large couple framed picture for signing.
2. Choose a picture from a trip or a situation you will always remember and we will make a special detail for your wedding.
3. If you don't have a high-resolution picture for printing, for an extra fee, we will take you to a very special location with a photographer and a makeup artist, to ensure that moment will be remember for ever.
4. Cost may vary according to the frame size, we recommend 16"x21" or higher.
5. Payment methods

1. Fireworks are a symbol you and your guests will never forget.  No matter if your event is at the city, farm, beach or mountain, the magic of a lights in the sky is exquisite.
2. Packages starts with 8 min. until 30 min.  We also offer synchronized music events.
3. Our team will take care of everything:  municipality permits, red cross and any other institution thay have to authorize them according to the zone where you want the event.

1. Forget about running into traffic from home to your stylist.  Rainy day or hot summer morning...  we will send to your house or hotel our stylist team to fulfill that special moment.
2. Discounts apply for volume hiring (bride, mothers, sisters, honor ladies...), more people means extra discounts.
3. But once the team departs from our offices to fulfill the signed contract, no extra request will be accepted because only the exact amount of collaborators are sent.  Sometimes we have to cover more than one event and everything is scheduled to accomplish all customers expectations without delays, that is why you may ask your people to ensure nobody will be left out.
4. The bride will be re-touched after the ceremony if required (included in the service).

1. InterHAND -our sibling company at the corporation we belong- have a full team of engineers who will edit a pre-defined site with pre/post pictures of your event, will add tours information for guest outside the country -if applicable- and will publish any other relevant info you think is very important to know (like general country info, passport and visa details, ...)  Besides that, you will have the opportunity to acquire a family Internet domain name to use as brand site/e-mail, so you your couple and future kids, an you a special e-mail like:  name@lastname.com

1. If you are looking for a different environment for your event, you may rent these Greek columns.
2. The charge is 35 USD each small (50 cm) and 100 USD for each large one (2.1 m).  If you hire the set of 4 pieces (2 small and 2 large) you get 60 USD discount, so the final price is 210 USD.
3. Transformation fee is not included.  We can provide a quote for the transportation if you want.  If you do it on your own, the car must be large enough to protect the columns and foam or bubble bags may be used in order to protect them.  A security-deposit is required to prevent damages.
